Getting Started in 7 Steps

Step 1: Unbox Your Ledger

Carefully unpack your Ledger hardware wallet. Make sure the package is sealed and contains all official components: device, USB cable, recovery sheet, and guides.

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up a PIN code. This protects your device from unauthorized access.

Step 5: Backup Your Recovery Phrase

Write down your 24-word recovery phrase on the provided sheet. Store it securely offline. Never share it online.

Step 6: Install Apps on Ledger

Open Ledger Live and install apps for your preferred cryptocurrencies. Each app corresponds to a different coin or token.

Step 7: Manage Your Crypto

Send, receive, and check balances directly through Ledger Live while your private keys remain offline on your device.
